nourishing food

Weather gets colder and drier after each rainfall at the moment. Unlike 白露 Bailu’s ‘warm’ dryness, 秋分 Qiufen’s dryness is cold. Other than walnuts and glutinous rice, the current seasonal fruits, like pear, Tangerine, hawthorn, apple, grape, persimmon are excellent in balancing the dryness.
